  1. Oasis- (What's the Story) Morning Glory? I was 8 years old when this album came out. My dad bought the cd and we would listen to it on the 2 or so hours it would take to drive out to the desert to ride our dirt bikes (So. Cal.) I learned every word to every song and would listen to it over and over again. I loved that album and I still do.
  2. Is Deja ever getting repressed or am I actually going to have to spend $200?
  3. I ordered 10 records total. So far 1 cd and 1 record have shown up. I've got my fingers crossed every day when I get home from work that the package arriving from go Hastings doesn't fit in my mailbox.
  4. I made 3 separate orders this weekend. I got a bunch of shipping notices yesterday. Today one order showed up and it was a CD instead of an LP. (The Smiths- Strangeways) Gonna wait for the rest of my orders to show up. Hopefully this is the only one that's wrong.
  5. So glad I JUST saw this. Everything good is gone and i told myself after that go Hastings sale that I wasn't buying anymore records this year.
  6. Already own 3 of these like most people. When I add the rest that come in the box it ends up being $152 shipped. Don't know if it's worth it to just pay another $95 and get the coffee table book and cool box.
  7. I think this should be posted on the "everything else" board. This has nothing to do with vinyl.
  8. MAYBE if Babel was an LP instead of CD it would make it a little more worth it.
  9. ULTRAISTA "Ultraísta" Formed in London in 2011, Ultraísta is a multimedia trio founded on a mutual love of Afrobeat, electronic and dance music, visual art, and tequila. Its members are vocalist/artist Laura Bettinson, and multi-instrumentalist producers Nigel Godrich and Joey Waronker (whose collective resumes read like a guide to groundbreaking and culturally influential modern music). Their eponymous debut album is 10 tracks of highly infectious, exquisitely crafted electronic kraut-pop. Favoring mantras over traditional choruses and distilling their compositions to the barest essentials, they possess the kind of masterful control over the pure anatomy of a pop song that only comes from having played a significant role in redefining the pop song in the 21st century. We've already said more than they probably wish we had. This album is superb. VINYL FORMAT INCLUDES FREE MP3 DOWNLOAD COUPON WHILE SUPPLIES LAST WE HAVE THREE DIFFERENT COLORED VINYL VARIANTS AVAILABLE: VERSION A: RED (EDITION OF 100) VERSION B: YELLOW (EDITION OF 100) VERSION C: BLUE (EDITION OF 100) http://shop.temporar...ence.com/trr215
  10. Pretty sure last year it said only 1 per visit as well. When I checked out the employee at the register just let me split it into two transactions. Dunno if this is standard practice or the employee was just cool.
  11. Mine came today from Amoeba! Bought it a couple of weeks ago when they had a 15% online code. I really enjoy this album. So happy The Killers are back. I can't believe how much Day and Age prices have climbed. I swear I bought it for $13 on Amazon last year and it was still readily available for a while after that.
  12. Bought 2. Having my friends buy me a couple also. Such a good deal.
  13. I don't know why they are reissuing these. I need Human After All for less than $50.
  14. Bought the red from Amoeba! In Cali with 15% off plus tax it came out to just under $30 shipped. I am very happy.
  15. Yup. I priced them out on Amazon and it's only $10 cheaper on Pop Market. If the FACEBOOK10 code still worked it would definitely be worth it. I'm passing on this. Especially since I just spent money at Hot Topic.
  16. Got Mewithoutyou, Animal Collective, and Jeff the Brotherhood for $38.37 shipped. That's IT! NO MORE RECORDS FOR ME. I spend way too much money.
  17. Oh durr. Damn. There aren't enough things I want for $150.
