I was also surprised and almost piped up about the shipping but then remembered what you said about breaking even on the records. I reassured myself you had to buy mailers and recoup that too, so knowing you're insuring them makes it that much easier to swallow. Thanks for the transparency.

Always!! Trust me I can’t wait til the label grows big enough for us to use a fulfillment center and not have to charge those prices! I don’t like paying 7.50 for shipping either

Can you explain why shipping was $7.50 for an LP and a 7-inch, though?

Because we’re a very small independent label and have to purchase shipping supplies (when you don’t buy in massive bulk quantities it’s expensive). We also insure every order. We can’t afford lost or damaged products. Working on getting our shipping costs down in the future but right now this is what we’re working with. Appreciate the support though!

  3. Field Day Records is thrilled to announce its first "Hi Fidility" vinyl release!

  5. Posting details here for those who don't have it!

Field Day Records has pressed 100 copies of Red Animal War's Black Phantom Crusades. They are the same style that we did for Boys Like Girls with the pvc jacket and insert with flap.

We got the band to play a show in Dallas, TX at Three Links on December 23 as the release party. We will be selling copies of this at the show and then whatever we don't sell will end up online shortly after. I have to sell all of these to break even but couldn't say no to pressing this record! I seriously doubt this will ever get pressed again so if you're on the fence I wouldn't wait too long (pending we don't sell out at the show).

If you're coming to the show let's meet up! We will have a booth setup where we will be selling the records.

  6. Throwing some records up here to maybe clean up some room and also help pay for an electrician to come install some more outlets at my house.

Please SEND OFFERS. If you message me asking how much for something I will not respond. If you message me with a shitty low offer, I will not respond. Not in a desperate place to be moving these. Not asking eBay prices but REASONABLE offers.

Grabbed the /500 good job dog press.

Actually kinda annoying that Americans can pre order euro variants. I understand why and i don't anybody, but yeah. If you are willing to pay shipping

The reason is that TWIABP's store ships worldwide but they have an EU/UK store as well to make shipping cheaper there for the fans. There are two record manufacturer's, one in the US and one in EU so they're being pressed simultaneously by two different plants. The EU plant has more options in terms of colors, splatters, etc than the US one does.
