I think Procrastinate said they would begin shipping the middle of this month.  If we don't hear anything by Friday via email, I'm assuming we are all probably out of the $50 or so we all paid.

We would not be out the $50+ that we paid. They would be required to refund our purchase and those who used paypal I believe are protected for 90 days from the sale date.  At this point im sure most if not all of the Limited Editions have been manufactured. I don't see them not shipping them to the customers once they receive them from the warehouse at this point.

I think it is admirable. They are taking a stand against what happened. Even at the financial detriment this brings to their business.

Assuming they actually throw the CD's/vinyl out yes it is admirable. Announcing it on Social Media not so much.  I'm sure they will recoup their loss sales (probably 7+ BN items) with their new fan base they are hoping to acquire from the posting.

Yes i find it pretty offensive to throw away not defective goods and even brag about it, While it could be done differently. We are different i guess.

They could have chosen to throw it away and leave it at that. The fact that they need to showcase it on social media shows they are trying to get their name out there and get more people talking about them. In turn they could get more business showing that they are on the side of the victims.

I love that this is actually the third person in this thread who has supported my decision.  I figured I would have gotten nothing but hate for it.  VC people have come along way, especially in a BN thread lol.  I had an offer on here, but they flaked out so I just put it on ebay.    Good luck with your house offer.   The market is nuts right now (at least in NJ)  Homes arent staying up for more than a few days without getting multiple offers over asking.   I haven't heard back about mine yet, couldn't sleep last night!

Surprisingly this is the first offer I put on a house that didn't have any competing bids. Juts like you said when my gf and I would go to a house showing it would be mobbed. When we put an offer in we would find out there were already 4+ offers in at asking and i refuse to go into a bidding war.

So today I put an offer in on a house (fingers crossed.)

With that being said; Im selling my limited CD copy as well as some other vinyl I'll be posting soon.  If anyone is interested in it, please let me know.  Im not looking for the $350 they go for on eBay, but I am looking to make a decent amount that would almost come close to that after fees.  I'll take it to eBay if need be, but telling you guys first who are actually really looking for it but hesitant on eBay prices.  Never opened.  Just shoot me an offer.  Downgrade me or give me negative points, thats fine.  Just throwing this out there before eBay.

Good Luck man!! I just put an offer in on a house and the last few prior to that I lost out on. This one has been up for a while so I kind of lowballed it. I never got my cd but I would probably sell it as well. I would never listen to it just probably frame it and it would get no use. Let someone who will get some enjoyment out of it take it.

It's an anti-bible thumper song. It's from the point of view of a "pious" or religious man who is wary of the outside world's influence on the "righteous" man he is raising.  Talking about how he's ready for liberal bleeding hearts to come and take away his freedoms and he'll shoot 'em if they try.

All he's got is faith and family, and he's protecting his family and land from the dangers of the liberals! He only believes the half of what he reads that fits his ideology and so he digs in deep on his arguments without seeing the other side.

He raised his son to be righteous and fear God (who hates gays!) - the path that he and his son will walk is narrow and straight and he won't let his son go astray (or he'll disown him hence the "don't come running to me when the come for you" hinting that the son disagrees with his father on this stuff.

Scared to give up his gun because he has to defend himself from the big gay army! the bleeding hearts are gonna come and lead his son astray. And if his son joins them, he'll put a bullet in him.

The POV in the song is from the "righteous" father, but the focus is the son who has gone "astray" (in the fathers' eyes).
