  1. Anyone get this message from CC Vinyl? "Thank you for your recent purchase of the Whiplash LP. We have been informed that there is a manufacturer defect on side 1 of the album. We are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. As soon as we have additional information on replacements we will contact you. Thank you for your patience in this matter." I just got it in the mail today so have not had a chance to listen to it / test it. Anyone know what the defect is?
  2. I like that "Part of it may work" or "could be used as a decorative piece"

  4. That. It used to be, or at least my expectation is, that you should be be able to get stuff cheaper from the label directly vs anyone else but I find that it is often the case that labels do not offer media which is uncool
  5. Totally The final scene still stands till this day as something totally unique and bound to blow the most hardcore horror/weird stuff film fan's mind (I've tested that throughly, on friends) I think along with They Live, this may be my favorite B from that era.
  6. Society is such a classic movie from that period. Very underrated.
  7. Cool. That's actually the show I am thinking about hitting
  8. Ah..ok yeah due diligence is always good. Tangent: Did you catch Failure during their recent tour? Thinking about going to see them but have not decided yet.
  9. http://modern-vinyl.com/2014/05/02/ghostbusters-10-on-sale-at-retailer/ haha, that's some crap. This record is not my thing but I know some people shelled out serious money and spent a good amount of time tracking this down based on the information that it is limited, and now this. Kind of unfair.
