International Sales [what countries would you never ship to?]

Guys,

 

Any idea who handles packages when it arrives to other countries?
Asking cause I shipped a record to Belgium the other week and it says it has cleared customs, but hasn't departed the facility yet.

I shipped a record to Italy the same day and it was delivered after clearing customs 10 days later.

I just hope I don't have to deal with this dude filing a claim, when I did my part. Meh.

 

I'm assuming this record is sitting at customs. I sent another record the same day via the same carrier to Italy. It cleared customs on the 12th and was delivered on the 22nd. So I'm confused to what is going on with this Belgium order. : /
