I busted my ass all week to get all caught up and ready for the next week and my boss still tells me to come in on Saturday to help out. : Now I'm here when I'd rather be sleeping in after putting in a 14 hour day yesterday. I manage current work, how long its taking, what needs to get done by the time of the sale, etc. I also take in all repair orders, estimate the labor and parts costs, order parts, etc. So I made sure all the work had estimates and that all pending work is accounted for and now I'm here and I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing because I'm completely caught up. Very annoying since Friday is auction/sale day and that always means 12+ hour days so having to get up for work on a Saturday is shitty.
