smailtronic
I picked up the Alkaline Trio / Hot Water Music split picture disc this afternoon. In looking through the insert that came with the disc, and the listing on deadformat, I can't figure out anyway to differentiate between the four pressings. Any suggestions? scottheisel
There's a small portion of one of the pressings where the A-side and B-side graphics are flipped, I believe, but other than that, they're all identical.
mclz
the 3rd pressings have them switched, the only way to found out besides that is knowing when you got it at the store i guess. the closer to that date thats probably what pressing you had. 1st pressing: 2,100 Picture-Disc (9/1/2005) 2nd Pressing: 953 Picture-Disc (1/1/2006) 3rd Pressing: 1,012 Picture-Disc (330 had the A-Side art switched with the B-side) (10/16/2007) 4th Pressing: 1,066 Picture-Disc, identical to the others (2/12/2008)
geezfools
yeah, I got this first press from no idea when it came out, was kind of bummed to see it's been repressed and basically worth nothing more than the others, but it's a cool picture disc, not like every record I own needs to double or triple to stay in the collection
