They do this at Fest every year but this is the first time that they are offering the sale online. The discount is automatically applied at check out. If you have been thinking about getting either of the Aspiga LP's on P+P now would be a rad time to buy them. Get both for $10. It says that the discount is applied at checkout. I just tried it myself and it's not working on that new Junior Battles LP. I would tweet at them. I'm sure it's a quick fix. I've tried to grab that Junior Battles the last few sales they've had and it never works.
