Can I fix a car door dent myself?

Just call a good PDR (paintless dent removal) guy and have him come out and check it out. Most places offer free estimates, will come to you (whether its at work, school or home) and will get it done fast and professionally. A door job shouldn't cost more than $75 at the most because they're easy to get to.

A few precautions... if the dent is too big they won't be able to remove it through PDR. This also applies for creases, dents that were poked with a sharp edge, dents on body lines and dents near the end of panels. Most other dents will pop right out. You will need a PDR guy to check it out to know for sure, though. If a PDR guy can't get it out then there is no way in hell you'll be able to get it out using a plunger, dry ice or any of the other DIY methods out there and you'll instead have to fork out for expensive body shop bills.
