barracuda
I ordered on of the NOFX mystic on clear and the box arrive folded in two. My mail man apologized b/c he knows I have the best record collection on the block (or only). I emailed the distributor, but thought I would run it by you guys. But what should I expect? Would they ship out another if they have it? Is it buyer beware?

jhulud
^^ As he said. Email them. If need be, take some pics of the damaged package and send them to show how bad it is.
controlthebleeding
I had this happen to me once, I ordered a Jay Reatard EP 12" and when i received it, i opened the box only to see it in 18 or so pieces. i emailed goner and they refunded me. i should have asked for a replacement as it sold out days later. But then again, i gave them the staement that they did not send with a backboard, nor did they write fragile on the outside of the box, so they refunded me. I got lucky i guess
celebdeath
i've had a couple of instances of damaged goods. i wrote a non-pissy email and sent good, close-up photos of the damage and both Emetic & Conspiracy Records were only too happy to replace them. write a nice email, send photos, they'll more than likely make u happy. hickey
The clear NOFX lp, however, is probably sold out everywhere, so the chances of you getting a replacement may be slim...but send an email anyway.

faith
depends how well packaged it was now bending an LP mailer in two would be VERY hard especially if there's cardboard backings... the only LP I've gotten damaged was the Loved Ones 10" on red wax from Chunksaah. But it was their fault, they sent it in a very thin cardboard enveloppe that was too big for the record.
