Jetboy
Got my Bullmoose copy today. What an album!
zdkaiser
Listened to my copy from CT a few times. I think the album is okay overall. A few really good tracks. I think I'm losing interest in his sound since Life of Pause. I much prefer the jangly guitars from the Golden Haze EP and Gemini era. This new stuff sounds too polished to me. This new album is polished but much like Life of Pause I think some of the strongest tracks are some of the best songs he's done. Shallow Water is easily a top 5 Wild Nothing song for me. I will agree that there are some weak spots on the album and that wasn't present on albums like Golden Haze or Gemini but overall I think this is a very good album.
