so i got an email back...atleast they seemed more friendly this time around and said id get my stuff...but they still fail to realize that they already charged my credit card...they just said that the order doesnt exist so my card wont get charged...yet it already has

Call your credit card company, you'll be able to dispute the charge?

interpunk didnt hold my round cash because I mistyped my credit information and deleted my order, I responded right away when I found out but it didnt help, Im sticking to No Idea from now on, shipping is a little slower, but way better with communicating, I made the same mistake with my fest tickets and they called me the next day to correct the information

If the order doesn't actually process, then the transaction will not post to your card. Essentially, they just put a hold on your money, but it won't go through. You can release the panic button.

This girl doesn't know what she is talking about, I explained everything to her and we worked something out. Hey Loren, you may want to take into account that we sold 2000 records in about 8 hours and basically one person tending to all the orders and problems with ordering. Give us a break!

Pat, you may want to take into account that if you talk to a customer like that, you'll only be filling 1999 orders next time.

I never understood where people in customer service get off taking on angry customers. Regardless of what you think about their situation personally, just let them vent!

As someone who has been involved in customer service their entire life...you should always treat the customer fairly. It doesn't matter if they yell at your or are wrong, treat them like you would any other customer. Talk about them at the water cooler if you need to mouth off, but keep business with someone as positive as possible.

If she's spreading misinformation, Pat has every right to correct it. I don't think he was any harsher than her, that's for sure. Not to mention he filled her order after it sold out. If I had that glitch and lost out, I'd be mad at technology and nobody else. And if he filled my order I'd be singing his fucking praises, not bashing him. Venting is one thing but false blame is another.
