Hey Loren, you may want to take into account that we sold 2000 records in about 8 hours and basically one person tending to all the orders and problems with ordering. Give us a break! PS. Thanks FAITH. Pat, you may want to take into account that if you talk to a customer like that, you'll only be filling 1999 orders next time. I never understood where people in customer service get off taking on angry customers. Regardless of what you think about their situation personally, just let them vent! Everyone who has a credit card or debit card knows that many times stuff will come up as "pending" and never gets charged. It doesn't matter if they yell at your or are wrong, treat them like you would any other customer. Not to mention he filled her order after it sold out. If I had that glitch and lost out, I'd be mad at technology and nobody else.
