punker32
Anyone know anything about the vinyl for this? Or if Fat is making it available for preorder?
mrc
colored?

scottheisel
I'm sure the first X amount will be on colored; when do they usually announce that info (for regular, non Square Dance/reissue releases)? Also, for anyone who's heard the thing yet, how big of a tease is that last track? And does anyone else think that maybe the vinyl of this will have all of "The Decline" on side D? I'm hoping for some kind of surprise.
scottheisel
I bet tracks 1-7 will be side A, 8-18 will be side B, 19-24 will be side C and "The Decline" will be side D.
Guest conoley
Agreed, that would make sense. It's not long enough at all to take up 4 sides.
frostbrewliner
How does one got about ordering the colored version of fat releases as compared to the regular black vinyl? I have always slept on their releases and never actually gotten a colored copy of anything. Is there some sort of indicator to let you know that you are indeed ordering the colored version of the record?

frostbrewliner
I figured that, but do is there any indication of when they are no longer available.
thewallsaround
I figured that, but do is there any indication of when they are no longer available. The last American Steel colored vinyl was gone in about 24 hours according to Punknews if that gives you a time frame.
minty
I figured that, but do is there any indication of when they are no longer available. It says "No longer available" after the colour description.

mystic84
fat wreck site says that the album's going up for pre-sale om november the 14th, but the vinyl record won't be available for a few weeks.
punker32
Thanks...I missed that. I guess they'll find my email annoying.

skumbucket
man, i'm going to be pissed if they put the decline on this bitch. i had zero intention of picking this up because the tracklist is pretty shitty. but looking at it again, there's at least 8 songs that will be a minute long at the most. unless the stage banter accounts for about 20 minutes, the decline is possible. they could always run it at 45rpm too... Guest scriptedrain
Don't pick it up just for The Decline. You can get the studio version easily (and cheap). (Edit: Nevermind, I see you have it.)
skumbucket
i'd love to hear the live take. all i've heard is the outro at a concert a few years ago.
Guest scriptedrain
I read in an AP a year or two ago that they'd like to play it in all 50 states. Maybe they could be convinced to do all the provinces too?
riddle350
I don't see The Decline in the track listing.

xfedaykinx
i have yet to hear this. is it as humorous as the first live recording?
chunkrock
That is kind of a disappointing track list. I love about half of those songs and the other half are just ok. I would buy this for the decline but I probably won't get it without it. Although I love that if you buy the vinyl it comes with a cd, that's a great idea. nicbong
and btw the album is very funny... they managed to put some green day lyrics into the Longest Line... They changed some band name...public enemy has been changed to DK [Franco Un-American] MCR replace the misfits [What's the Matter With Parents Today]
