Also the Witner move from 49ers is strange. He goes to the browns for $28m, but then 49ers sign Bethea for $26m. Basically an even trade. If I were them I would have given Witner the extra $2m. He's worth it. Also Broncos sign TJ Ward. If they keep Adams, he would make a great mentor to Ward. Bethea got $23 mil not $26 mil. $5 mil still isn't much but it's a little more understandable. I think they just wanted to see what his market value is. Bass was a huge fail, so I would be ecstatic if we got Mack, but I wouldn't bet on it.
