dcstrange87
I was just sitting here, drinking a few Killians and listening to some albums and just wanted to see which records you found to be more enjoyable while drinking. Not necessarily because they are bad and beer and or liquor is the only way to tolerate them, but records that alcohol makes even more enjoyable to listen to. My vote goes to Owen "I do perceive". birdwell
Against Me!'s "Reinventing Axl Rose" is always stellar when all my friends and I have been drinking....lots of screaming and hollering along
hardrockzombies
I've always enjoyed some Alkaline Trio or Lawrence Arms while drinking, but I think for me stuff like Drag the River/Lucero or stuff even a little more country is even more awesome once I have some whiskey in me. dcstrange87
good point with the screaming, another one I would add is Kings of Leon's "Because of the Times"
birdwell
all Lucero records or any "Sad Bastard" music as my GF calls it (even though she listens to it as well)...the ole Drinky Drink makes it better...Murder City Devils are my favorite band, all of their records are excellent records when alcohol is applied to ones self
birdwell
Every Time I Die's "Hot Damn" that's fun to drunkenly holler along with as well

aestheticguitar
crime as forgiven by against me! is by far one of the best drinking albums of all time. even if it is only 6 songs. if a cop doesn't show up while you're drunkenly screaming along, you're not doing it right. minty
Against Me!'s "Reinventing Axl Rose" is always stellar when all my friends and I have been drinking....lots of screaming and hollering along YES! One time I went over to my mates house with some other bros, and we were playing guitar and screaming along to this album as loud as we could go at 4am...very, very drunk. We must have pissed a lot of people off. Anything by The Lawrence Arms is amazing when you're drunk. Proper drinking music!
