Apparently they tried to get Nitro to press it but they were convinced it wouldn't sell (they clearly don't realize CIS caters mainly to the hardcore crowd that DOES buy vinyl). I wouldn't doubt No Trigger had their vinyl pressed separately because of this issue too. According to CIS as well, Nitro pressed Ruiner by A Wilhelm Scream on vinyl and it didn't sell as well as they hoped to, hence their reasoning.
