leerobert
Cheers Yu. I'm happy people are interested, and even happier that people are giving feedback and picking up on certain areas and aspects

kirbypuckett
I'm almost positive you're not supposed to capitalize genres. Brian at Punknews yelled at me once for doing that in my reviews, haha.
xxmartinxx
I found it very difficult to read. I'm not sure if it was your writing style or the UK thing. That being said, I couldn't get through reading it. Basically the punk and hip hop genres is what kept vinyl in press for the past 15 years when interest was down. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere in there.
monk0nuggets
I'll give it a read over the next couple days. I've gotta do more work tonight and I have work most of the day tomorrow! Pretty awesome thing to write your thesis on though! I once read a thesis on why shmups are important in society. Pretty entertaining read it was. mcm1610
^ What's a shmup? Google says "shoot 'em up" game, is that right? My friend's thesis was an analysis of the Adirondack Logging Industry and how the advancement of technology / big business ruined the idea of the woodsman. It sounds kind of boring, but he went nuts with it and it got him straight from undergrad into a Ph.D program. It was crazy-good.
monk0nuggets
^ What's a shmup? Google says "shoot 'em up" game, is that right? Indeed. Famous ones include games like Gradius, R-Type, Do Don Pachi, 1945, Ikaruga, and so on. Ridiculously hard, fun and addictive games. Something completely ridiculous to write a hundred pages about. haha
