stranaspank
Hell yeah! A richmond date, I''m finally gonna get to see them! They played Canal Club last summer. Apparently they've built a bigger following, ha ha. Excited to see MBD since I always miss them when they come here.
teganandsara
It is good that Gaslight will now tour Canada regularly. Hopefully brian does another session at the local radio station and plays that cover he promised us.
xadamhudsonx
Picked up a ticket for the show at the Henry Fonda. I dig this venue. Saw Murder by Death and Clutch there last summer and Murder City Devils there earlier this year. So Excited for this show...

drinker
Scott, I'm hoping you're doing more than "guessing" when you say Chicago looks like Oct. 5 (like maybe you know something, you just can't say yet) Also, isin't it weird that only 1 show falls on a Fri. and 2 shows on Saturdays on the whole tour. It makes it kinda hard to travel if they're not coming to your city
ral
bands that are playing lollapalooza (and other big festivals) generally can't announce headlining shows in the area within a certain time frame surrounding those dates. i'd imagine this is what's going on and can't imagine them skipping chicago. tanukichu
It just suddenly came to me that a little over a year ago the Gaslight Anthem was OPENING for the Loved Ones and now it will be the other way around.
sgoodcore
It just suddenly came to me that a little over a year ago the Gaslight Anthem was OPENING for the Loved Ones and now it will be the other way around. I think Gaslight has a bit more dynamics to their sound then the Loved Ones do. I enjoy Gaslight a lot more than the Loved Ones for sure. But that is amusing for sure. They've been on a meteoric rise.

ral
if they dont announce a chicago date... I am probably going to drink myself to death. I'd all but guarantee Oct. 5 is a Chicago show, given their itinerary. They probably just can't announce it yet until after Lollapalooza. They're playing Grand Rapids, MI on 10/5 instead. Maybe they'll play Chicago after Detroit.
