DVD ripping?

Recommended Posts

if you are looking for something ridiculously simple and without any hassle, try VLC.

http://lifehacker.com/5318807/vlc-10-records-video-from-dvds?skyline=true&s=i

i use it when i need to rip clips or segments, but not whole dvds.

you hit one button.

when did they start putting a record option to VLC? fuck that's awesome...i think

dvd decrypter to rip

handbrake to convert

ive also used super erightsoft to convert but the latest version seemed really unstable and i kept getting errors so i stopped using it.

Yup, it works great too. I had to use it at work because we don't have DVD players in our PCs, but a training video needed to go out.
