You are posting on a message board. Dudes are creepy on message boards, and you must stand up for yourself. If a dude creeps you out tell him so. Tell him to back the fuck off. Find guys who will have your back (I'm happily married to my high school sweet heart of seven years, I'm more than willing to do so) and ask tell them your uncomfortable and they'll go to bat for you to. If the girls here stand up for themselves the guys here will be less creepy. Allison, I think you're awesome, but of all the people in the world to complain about dude's being creepy here you can't say you haven't invited it upon yourself at times. See the "my boyfriend broke up with me thread." You don't always hate the attention. If people cross a line let them know asap, so there is no confusion. There are a ton of ways this board is different than b9. No one posts pictures of weed every other thread. We don't scam nudes off members and post them to humiliate them (though if they're found on a porn site that seems to be a different matter). There's no racism here. And we've only got one self righteous hardcore guy. We've had weird discussions about everything, ranging from sex to drugs to politics. If someone makes you uncomfortable, be a big kid and tell them. If they're like googlemyass ignore them. The Mods should have banned that moron a long time ago, but they wont so we just have to deal with him. The level of self righteousness on this board of late has been mind blowing. Talk shit out. It's how grown ups deal with things. Normally I'd say follow Dante's example, as he used to be the ideal of how dealing with things with humor and maturity could make a loser thread a winner. Now that he's taken his toys and gone home I dont know. How about we all just chill the fuck out a little bit. People talk about things here, but when asked things get moved. The "n00dz" board started because girls were uncomfortable with it and peeps can be respectful here. But sometimes dudes need a thicker skin. No names were named in the bj thread. If anything it boiled down to "yep pretty much all blow jobs suck at first." Did one or two people sound like morons? Yeah totally. But take things in the spirit that they're meant. I'm not afraid to tell someone to back the fuck off, or I simply ignore them and they get the hint. I haven't had too many problems here being creeped on personally, but I know too much about other stuff that isn't my place to discuss and see how other girls get treated (and then ultimately disappear soon after). I get creeped on enough in real life to know better when it comes to this place, but I don't think it hurts to remind dudes to chill out. The "not my place" incident I mentioned has long since been over with and taken care of hence why I'm not bringing it up again and since I wasn't personally involved and didn't learn about it until after everything was said and done anyways. It opened my eyes a bit more in regards to some people. And now I use discretion when it comes to this place. If it were still going on, I'd have called them the fuck out when the whole creep thing got brought up today in the first place. But yeah, I definitely think more girls need to be proactive in calling people out. I know I'm personally not afraid to, but some are.
