Air is better but expensive for a lot of places. Don't worry, I'm sure it will get there, I've never had a package lost by Canada Post yet. Must be close enough to the border to make filling out customs not worth their time. I'm not sure if they do this with every order though. I hope everyone gets their stuff. Canada post takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks to arrive...and I have been noticing many international orders are taking the full 8 weeks and in some cases even more!!! To resolve this, as of February 5, 2010 we now ship ALL NON-Canadian orders from the USA. This has also allowed us to reduce the shipping rates. We also launched a new site with more shipping options! We apologize on behalf of the incompetent Canada Post and hope they all arrive ASAP!
