thomas Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 oink. i downloaded the second-most popular torrent they had listed as a test; it downloaded just fine, but it stopped uploading after like 2 mb. i've done all the port-forwarding and static ip stuff in the past and the torrents i get from other sites (mininova, kraytracker, btjunkie, filemp3, etc) i can upload just fine.i use tomato torrent usually and bittorrent clients respectively... That is probably because everyone was already done downloading it. It is really hard to get any upload unless you upload your very own torrents, or help seed from the very start. Do not expect to download any CD and let your client sit open for a bit and get a 1:1 ratio as that is practically impossible on oink.
