Guest falloutcollapse
Grrrrr people who where vintage shirts piss me off. ...Atleast I get them for $.50 each... asshole! I have a love hate relationship with Urban Outfiters. They carry really cool stuff but I hate that A. It's so expensive. B. It's not as cool as it tries to be. C. That it's owned by a huge Bush supporter/republican asshole. 100% of every dollar I've had in the past two years has gone to UO or VC. Records are still new, and I have to pay for those myself. Parents take care of the other stuff.
thomas
I don't think there is an Urban Outfitters in any of the malls around here, unless they added one since the summer. I've never even been in one.

corbet
The closest UO around here is about 40 minutes away. I've been there a couple times and I truly think it is overrated. Some of the cool little gadgets are cheaply made and easily break and most of their tshirts I compare to Threadless or Shirt.Woot.com, which is always cheaper. frostbrewliner
I can't stand how fucking "cool" urban outfitters thinks they are.
kyle
Urban Outfitters sucks. I got a gift certificate there about a year and a half ago from my girlfriend of the time and after walking around for an hour I found nothing that I could see myself wearing. I ended up selling the gift card to some dude in the checkout line for a few bucks less than its value.

monk0nuggets
I don't even know what Urban Outfitters is. Is this like a hip hop clothing store or something?
kirbypuckett
I love Urban Outfitters because their jeans fit me! I'm short so it's hard to shop for pants, unless I got to Buckle (who hem jeans for free, but charge more in the process). I'll gladly pay top dollar for a pair of pants that fit just right at the time of purchase. I don't buy much else from Urban Outfitters anymore, well the vinyl frames are 2 for $15 or something, that's a deal. I'll usually browse their clearance section, found an annoying hoodie there for $20 and my favorite pair of jeans for $20 too! I guess I'm orgcore, minus the tattoos. Dobi is a great dude, I ordered a ton of shirts and he accidentally sent me the wrong one, but let me keep it when he sent my correct shirt. I end up wearing the 'free' one the most, haha. kurtmanner
I've never been to or seen an Urban Outfitters. I do like American Eagle's jeans though, and they're usually decent priced. I've found Gap has the best fitting "fat" jeans. They rarely stock anything over size 40 in store, though. 40s fit, but not comfortably like 42s. AE jeans are ok, but often wayyyy too long. I swear they don't measure.
sgoodcore
Urban Outfitters for me is hit and miss. I don't really care about the prices in so far as I won't pay $40 for a t-shirt so even if there's one I like I'll either wait for it to go on sale for $18 or just not buy it. That said they've become way too trendy in a really bad way. The carry all this 80s throw-back stuff that's just awful to look at. On the scenester stuff I'm definitely more pre-historic emo kid and a bit of the orgcore than just straight-up orgcore, specifically because I have no tatoos or new balance shoes and rarely wear shorts. I love American Eagle jeans, they are comfortable and last forever. I always buy mine at Value City, so they are like $15-20/pair.

kirbypuckett
AE jeans are terrible because the length sizes are waaaaay off. Technically I'm a 28 length, but sometimes I can pull of a 30 if need be, they're just a big baggy. But with AE jeans its like I'm wearing a size 50L when I try on one of their 30Ls. The Gap is great, because they have so many sizes on their website. Old Navy is the same company, but I don't think they offer 28L.
cadetapplesauce
urban outfitters is ok. but my friend put it to me this way: they try to sell individuality.
