Come on Virgil, lighten up a bit. And you know damn well this is different, as those two albums use the exact same picture. The Elvis/The Clash (and a host of other records) is more inspiration and homage than a rip-off. Next you'll post a picture of Screeching Weasel's Ramones LP and say we should be pissed about that cover art.

Lucero's Rebels, Rogues & Sworn Brothers uses a stock photo as its cover art that I've seen on, like, two or three other albums from entirely different genres, too.

Hell, the Gaslight Anthem used to have a T-shirt with the same clipart that the Vinyl Collective logo came from. Shit happens.

I wasn't trying to start anything, I was just surprised when I saw the artwork on another album. It was completely random thing, plus it was Monday and I was working on the holiday, and was really bored.

If its any consolation I prefer the Micah cover over Logan Square, and I'm sure I prefer the music over Logan Square. The whole running water thing down the cover is pretty stupid.
