got this today, and it looks great. 6 panel gatefold, records are 180 gram black. for those of you wondering, it came in a record mailer and was double bubble wrapped, so absolutely no complaints there

Can someone tell me something about the pressing quality in this product? People in Discogs claim that this 2LP set is full on crackling etc.

 

I found one sealed copy on a reasonable price and tempting to buy it. But is is worth buyin it?

My copy sounds great.

My copy sounds great and I got it secondhand. There's some occasional crackling but it doesn't hinder from the listening experience. Sound quality is top-notch. If anything, the little crackling adds to the soundtrack. Well, for me at least

as I recall, either the A side or B side has some noise, but the rest was fine. I feel like there is a thread about it somewhere...?

There are some retail copies on Discogs with slightly better pricing.
 

Many online retailers are out of stock or backordered, though, so maybe don’t sleep on it (though no idea if the NIN folks reliably keep these Definitive Editions open).
