brammyg
Most of my jobs have been retail or children related. I just got a job at my school doing research for a prof. This requires me to sit an office at school and research academic things (details are unnecessary). Anyone have good tips/procrastination materials for someone who's never worked an office job before?

david
I too just upgraded from shitty retail to cushy office employment. It's great. I have a lot of downtime so I find myself surfing the internet and perusing this board a lot. It all depends on how much you can get away with at work. Sudoku's always a good time killer. brammyg
It's been pretty good so far. Found a good working speed that allows for quality work time mixed with some decent internet search time. Beats folding shirts!

adamlikesmusic
I could play Solitaire all day. I tell myself "I'll do my work as soon as I win a game", and three hours later I've lost 106 games in a row.
