I've maaged to get most of the 7" and I have all the The Gloria Record stuff. My thing about it was this: Jeremy Enigk has a pretty distinctive voice and I don't belive for one minute that guy in Mineral sounds like that. It's clearly an affectation and a pretty lame one. You think he sings "Happy Birthday" like that when he's at a kid's party? I doubt it. But really I don't care. If people like them then great. I saw them with a bunch of great bands and I'm pretty sure no one was there to see the bands I came to see. They were all there for Mineral. That has to account for something.
