Radiohead 2012 tour

Recommended Posts

The last time they played Salt Lake that I went to was when they were touring Hail To The Thief. I had to go to Los Angeles to see them on the In Rainbows tour. Not a huge deal, but I kind of hope they play maybe Nevada or Utah this time.

I hope so too. What do you think the chances are for a Vegas date this tour? Not to say I wont end up going to CA for this, because I dont want to miss it, but I would just prefer to drive to Vegas.

I'm calling bullshit on this pre-sale! I checked WASTE at midnight EST - nothing. I checked again at 1am - still nothing. I went to bed and checked again the second I woke up at 7am - sold out! Why wasn't an on sale time ever posted? And why in the dead of night - to give the good folks of China a better shot at getting tickets? WTF? As the name implies, a W.A.S.T.E.!

I tried to buy tickets for my sister but they were sold out by the time I got to the site. On the day they went up for sale.

Set list from Atlanta below. It was good. But I wasn't blown away. Definitely lower ranking when compared to the other dozen or so times I've seen them. Seemed a bit more mellow than usual.

Lost my shit when they started playing "True Love Waits," even if it was a very different, organ-accompanied arrangement. Wondering if they're re-working it for the new album?

One can only hope. I feel like they keep this song off albums purposefully, as if they want to keep it unique to the live experience. Thom introed Everything In Its Right Place with True Love Waits one of the nights I saw them at the Hollywood Bowl on the In Rainbows tour.
