enjoytheride
Hey guys, I just got a new receiver but it doesn't have a phono input so it appears I need a preamp. I dont have much experience with them so I was hoping for someone to point me in the right direction. I have a pioneer receiver and pro-ject debut iii turntable. Not looking to spend too much if possible, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have the Pro-Ject Phono Box II USB. Very easy to use and I am happy with it. You don't really need the USB output to create rips, but it makes it a lot easier. mac1
I am considering purchasing a three-year-old Pro-Ject Debut III. The needle has been replaced with a ortofon super 10 with less than 100 hours of use. Is this a fair deal at $175? What should I looking for when I see this used table?
