thebiglebowski
Sick Beard is telling me that it is finished and it hasn't been wrong yet. Can't find an article though. Hope not.
steviex2shoes
Its still going. Here's stuff straight from AMC's website: http://www.amctv.com/the-walking-dead/videos/the-cast-looks-ahead-inside-the-walking-dead
BuzzersonKillwell
Halloween or very close will probably be the next season premiere. It is the highest rated show on AMC by a wide margin. They'll milk this cow to death probably.
thebiglebowski
I dont think the problem is ratings, it is the cost to make the show. I believe they considered not doing a second season. I'm still a little nervous about it. As I said, I've never seen sick beard be wrong about a show being finished.
BuzzersonKillwell
[http] They've already renewed it and added additional episodes for Season Three. It is actively being shot right now.

kylekrische
If you just watched your blank TV screen from now until then, there will likely be just as much action as the middle chunk of this upcoming season.
kriss
This season is going to kill! The Governor, the prison, Michonne! After this one airs, there'll be no questions about further season renewals from then on out.

booyahachieved
New show runner + more involvement from Kirkman = a much better show. You can bitch all you want about s1 and the first half of s2... it's only going to get better from here on out.

I genuinely believe season three will be better. At the same time, I also feel like we will see more bellyaching from the comic book crowd. They are taking a fan-favorite character and storyline and as they begin to deviate plot points for television people are going to be all grumpy.
