amsterdamned
I'm surprised since you're a Metallica fan that you aren't going through a dilemma about whether you should bring Load or (Re)Load. If I had to choose, it would definitely be Load.
Guest realtalk
THIS SCENARIO WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. Where would the power come from? You have a pre-amp? Amp of any sort? Speakers even? As the title states you need to take only one record. I think it would be hard for you to flip your records on an island with no intelligent life, perhaps the animals there might take interest and seeing as how they have no direct internet access you could screw them more than the people on ebay. Guest realtalk
ok for my desert island pick i'd have SNIVLEM's track "Pure Digital Silence" from Prick specially pressed to 7" for the occasion. also, wasn't trying to hate on the concept of the thread. my sincere apologies. hipsterasfolk
Trick question, the record will warp I would take something by Capitol or Time from the 1940's 10xLP box set that is 180g so I can make some floaties or something
jared
I would press up my own book bound, multi lp copy of Swans "Soundtracks For The Blind" and be toiling away my loneliness

jared
I would buy it instantly, man. I always imagined if it did come out on vinyl, it would be cool for it to be in some sort of book form with pictures and stuff. I don't think Michael Gira will ever press it though. zacooper
I'd take the thrice anthology set, bc similar to the color spectrum mentioned earlier it has tons of songs and it sounds pretty good also.
