I just get bored of his lyrics and I feel there are much better soulful voices who use them for much different things. Aka Kurt Travis. Comparing the lyrics and the way they use their voice, and I'll even use the lesser of Kurt's albums, S/T versus DBMII, I'd listen to S/T three or four times before I'd get bored of it, but after I listen to DBM once, I'm done. Yes it's pretty, but to me it has no real soul. It's just one-liners. Also, someone brought up Ronnie Radke in this thread... God save us. I'm more of a Empire Theory kind of gal, but I'll take anything by Tides of Man. I think DGD made a solid move getting Tilian. Saw them live this past year and it reinstated my love for them. Waited forever for it due to pressing plant problems, but it was well worth the wait. All of these bands need to get their albums pressed.
