AsleepOnRocks
I went to the record swap that was going on before this: and I walked away with Bear Vs. Shark - Right Now You're In The Best Of Hands (1/2 Light Blue, 1/2 Light Yellow) The Devil Is Electric - I've Never Trusted A Revolutionary That Was Afraid To Dance Give Up The Ghost - Year One 2x7" (Clear Blue, and Black) Pg.99/Circle Takes The Square - Document 13: Pyramids In Cloth (Clear, 1st press!) I traded Tragedy - Nerve Damage for the Pg.99/CTTS split, and i'm pretty happy with that. I didn't stick around for the show, but I did get to meet Justin Communiqué, ericxthexred, and aarondanger, and they were all good dudes. steviewonderbread
not vinyl, but I found a copy of As I Lay Dying's Beneath the Encasing of Ashes in a used bin for $4 today. I guess it used to go for decent money on ebay, weird. A Long March: The First Recordings is a compilation album by the Metalcore band As I Lay Dying. The album was released on May 16, 2006 through Metal Blade Records. It features their first album Beneath the Encasing of Ashes (2001), as well as re-recorded and original versions of the songs featured on their split album with American Tragedy. The album was released because the band - as they said - "were a bit tired of seeing Beneath the Encasing of Ashes being sold for unreasonable prices ($90+ on eBay)", so they decided to re-release all of their early recordings in one package.
