Basically when a new profile shows up with "warrant served", you need to call the Gotham International Hotel (1-866-306-5589) and convenience them that you're that person and to forward the package waiting for that person to you (apparently you do talk to a real person). To do so you need to provide the proper code. The code is basically total letters in your name followed by your last name with the letters bumped up one (A becomes B, etc.). EX: Dave Smith would be 9TNJUI. Anyhow, they said more profiles would come up throughout the day. I haven't been able to get through but would love to see someone get one of these "packages". NOTE: Once the status is changed to "Package en route" that person has been verified and you can no longer call in pretending to be them.
