TFP
Ugh, I hate it when bands don't know exact pressing #s of their records. I like knowing exactly how many were made because it helps me value my stuff accordingly. hardy har...
spoon
I was stoked to see colored copies of Dog Poison at Thee Oh Sees show in SF last year. I'm hoping for something similar at the Ty Segall show next week. Ty had a couple of copies of the Ty Rex II 7" on clear vinyl last night, so glad I was able to grab one off him for $5 instead of blowing $40 on discogs. Just Us
Bought a copy of Alcest - Souvenirs D'un Auntre Monde at their show last month and realized later at home it is the sold out Emerald Green pressing from 2012.

plasma36
When I saw Mastodon in late 2011 they had a couple copies of their box set. Needless to say, I did not spend $300 on it.
psus2h
Concerts yes, record shows yes. I got SSTB from Coheed when they did the 10yr shows. Hoping to find something unique at the Brand New show this summer.
Embracetomorrow
I went and saw Protest The Hero in Ottawa in early December 2013 and they had copies of Kezia and Scurrilous for sale at the merch booth. I pee'd myself from excitement and amazement
