I bought two concert tickets for The National's upcoming tour, so I received two free download codes for their album on September 8. Each code allows one free download of the album on September 8, OR you can 'upgrade' to the white vinyl 2xLP set for $22 postpaid in the USA. I didn't see a thread for this set yet. The big new U2 'The Joshua Tree - Super Deluxe' vinyl box set costs $150 - $180 from all the regular USA places I've found, but it can be ordered shipped from Amazon France to the USA for $128 (or from Amazon UK for $138). Thanks for the help, I broke down and paid the $40 shipped for Bill Evans. The Discogs page shows that Side 1 of the record is about 25 minutes long. I didn't realize they could squeeze that much music on an LP. Here's hoping it sounds great!

The Bill Evans is gone (taken by another VC member it seems). Three days ago I had never heard of this release and now I feel like I can't live without it. I guess that's how RSD is supposed to work.

Amazon.fr (France) had several cool Europe RSD titles listed for sale last weekend. Stock was 'temporarily out of stock'. It will be interesting if the stock appears as available now that RSD releases are clear to trade.
