halfasspunkshow
thats what i was thinking but i could have sworn i read this somewhere. Thats why i was wanting to check because if so 1000 is outragous and would make these very rare from the get go.

Dillhole
The Beatles you saw at Best Buy was most likely Abbey Road, it seems that LP never went out of print, it's easily available pretty much everywhere. I'm not sure what master there using, but if I had to guess it would be from the 1987 CD masters, and not the original analog tapes. Still just rumors for the other new Beatles albums on vinyl. It's only a matter of time though.

They were suppose to come in March of 2010 tho so who knows. I know they are being worked on.
AlexH.
Michael Jackson was a f'n genius! They are constantly reissuing beatles albums and they are sellTons of copies! Not really. After the initial vinyl releases, they were issued on CD in 1987, and reissued again this year. Really, they've show remarkable restraint compared to way lesser bands that put out remasters and special editions every few years just to make a buck. kyleevanswastaken
Pro Tip: Go to any fleamarket/used record store/ ebay and get them all for less than the 40 dollars a pop these are going to cost.
icecream
Yeah and I can guarantee 90% of those flea market beatles records are in piss poor condition & the seller wants top dollar for them.
Guest markovianprocess
They are constantly reissuing beatles albums and they are sellTons of copies! This true. I bought brand new copies of Sgt Peppers, Let It Be, Revolver and Rubber Soul this year from record stores. All of my local stores had brand new copies of these albums. lonesomexloveus
i've assimilated most of my mom's beatles albums into my collection, but i would go for some with pristine artwork. my aunt gave me her original copy of the white album on white last year for christmas and it was better than whatever she would have bought for me. mxv
Currently almost every Beatles LP is available on vinyl in bootleg form on various colors of vinyl including black.

Yeah so don't buy those, be patient, do your leg work and wait for the payoff. Isn't that what the whole "record collector" thing is about?
