Those are some awesome bands you listed!!! I just don't listen to them as much as the ones I listed Although I'm so hyped on Transit right now after seeing them last night...new album keeps growing on me. I listened to the new Paramore album and it seemed to have a very nice variety on it. I kind of think the FOB record will be similar in that sense after hearing the "Young Volcanoes" track.. It was just so different than the the other two they released. I'm going to try to keep an open mind but it will be hard to find much enjoyment in it with other good music coming out given my tastes.

Yes, I've listened to it but I don't remember it much. I did love that song "America's Sweetheart" ... I guess they were already full fledged pop at that point. Only reason I said that was because of the hiatus and I'm living in the past dreaming of Take This to Your Grave. Anyways, I'm intrigued just to hear this and see what VC thinks. I'm more of a Coheed, Thrice, Moving Mountains, Thursday, Circa Survive, etc. type of a guy but I like listening to all type of stuff or at least checking it out. That being said, I won't be hating on this but there is a strong chance I will listen to it once and then never again.

Yeah I mean I do think this sounds better than most of the stuff I listed and the big reason why is the vocals. I'm not against bands changing their sound and evolving, I'm just not a huge pop fan. I just wish they renamed the band or still had some pop punk project or something... There is no denying that this sound will appeal to fans of those bands/musicians that I listed. I would prefer Lady Gaga to new FOB but I would definitely choose FOB over the others.

Yeah well Pete Wentz is friends with Train probably because he directed at least one of their videos. The new track is a "Hey Soul Sister" clone for sure with hints of Fun. By the way, I'm not trying to knock FOB with my comparisons earlier, it's just not for me. My sister would love it and so would my college roommate. All those artists/musicians I listed obviously had some success one way or another. FOB will cash out big time with this one.

I understand why some people would be pumped about this, but the thing I don't get is why an old school Fall Out Boy fan would be even remotely excited. And to fans of Jason Mraz, Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, 2 Chainz, Cobra Starship, Ashlee Simpson, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Rebecca Black, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Train.......GET STOKED!!!! WOW are you really surprised that I'm surprised? I like to drink a lot of beer. The pic gave me great pain and made me imagine broken glass mixing with my beer while sipping on a jagged pint glass. It's got a 100 on beer advocate with plenty of reviews so I believe it. I've had too many good stouts to ever pick a favorite. I do hope this woman brings me another one someday Cheers!

I think you can only buy this beer one day a year and they limit how many you can get...somebody gave me one once and told me it goes for about $100 a bottle on the aftermarket. I don't know how accurate that is but It was delicious. I still have the bottle sitting on my shelf.

Right on. Was just wondering if you were a Transit expert or something. I guess if you would call L&F one of your favorite albums in the last few years then I could see how it is a letdown for you. I'm not a huge Transit fan and L&F was good but I don't have it on the same pedestal that a lot of fans have it on. I can't believe you don't like KTTY though That's my favorite stuff they've done.
