It's still the first song I heard. My last comment was two different thoughts ha my bad. I didn't mean that awakening was the first single. I think that was Always Summer right? -

exactly what I thought! I remember the first song I heard off of Southern Air was "Awakening"... instantly couldn't wait for that album to come out -

I'm open to new sounds, but I hope I love it. Yellowcard has been one band that I've consistently loved every album. I really think it'll be a great album -

The biggest thing that caught me off guard was the electric drum beat it was using. Otherwise, the song has grown on me a bit now. Vocals are awesome -

Exactly! I was able to finally pick up a copy now -
I tell ya what, if I can find my high school box of stuff I'll listen to it and see if the songs sound different than her first album! It just had the McGraw, teardrops, and 2 other songs. It'll be about a week before I get back home

I went to high school with her as she hit it big. I have a burned demo cd her mom gave to me, and no it's not for sale anybody! Never in a million years would I think she would be this big

I don't want to get completely off topic, but I'm curious and have to.. Is anyone on this board in a fraternity?

I was able to grab a copy of this and FOB while hot cash was still going on. Shipped today. It "sold out" before it was ever put back up, since you could still find it by googling ya know. I wouldn't think so many people bought it like that though. And, It felt good to pay a normal price for two records again with that $15 off!
