Originally I remember them giving us "summer" as the estimated ship date. I definitely remember seeing the May date and thinking they didn't say May. My guess is Bandcamp forced them to put in a ship date even though they weren't too sure. I'm pretty sure this was an open preorder at the time of sale making it even hard to guess when they'll be done. Then you add in the mail going by boat and plants being backed up. Could be Autumn at this rate.

As for Zombie EP 1 repress from Dead Serious, a friend of mine got a shipping notification for that. I haven't but I assume I will soon.

We all need ska. I had a 10 minute ska mash-up at my wedding and it was definitely the best part of the reception. They didn't disappoint with this one.

Woahhhh that is not cool. Other than this I've also been seeing my packages bounce back and forth between repeat facilities but it hasn't affected delivery.

In other news the remix for "Whatever" drops May 19th.

2 weeks and my priority shipping hasn't moved and the merch company has no idea what USPS is doing. I got screwed over big time. If anyone knows of a retailer that has this in the United States please let me know. Preferably not Discogs or eBay.

Their webstore, Manhead Merch, said there's no reason for the hold up and they're going to have someone look into it. It's bizarre and definitely a waste of time and money. I've read when something is pending acceptance it's supposed to be a 1-2 day thing, not more than a week like it is in my case.

I ordered this with 2-day priority from FOB's webstore. It got to a USPS facility in Nashville on 4/28 marked as "shipment received, package pending acceptance" and hasn't move. Definitely sucks to pay the most for safer, faster shipping to just sit there while 1000+ others have been delivered and in stores for a while now. I've never had this happen with USPS but I have the worst luck with mail anymore.

Everything is on sale

Jeremy, Jon, and Kyle are doing an Instagram live right now. Here's the most interesting parts mentioned:
 

• They wrote Zombie 2 before they wrote The Act but they didn't really like the way it was going so it was tabled.
• Jeremy said Space 2 will definitely happen. He was really enthusiastic so I assume he must like that EP a lot.
• There are some cleans from Jeremy on Z2 but not a lot because as the band said and he reiterated, it's really heavy.
• They've started writing the next album. Jeremy said they haven't been touring so that's been part of their time but they also never stop writing.
• At least 1 music video will be released but no promises on others for Z2.
• Forlorn is his favorite song on Z2
• It sounds to me like Prada Pod won't come back (a bummer for me) and instead they will be using Twitch in the future.
• Someone asked if The Act will be repressed and he said they probably need to because of how many copies Z2 sold. My guess is Solid State will get around to it when there's enough demand to sell at least half of them once they go up for sale.
