recently, pity sex's "feast of love". a friend of mine posted "sedated" off that album on their facebook and i really dug it. a few days later i ran into the album at a record store and went for it! love love LOVE it.

michael, their vocalist said on facebook that there were only 125 pressed of each color. thinkin' about grabbin' this. kinda on the fence on what i think about their first single though.

so so soooooo excited about this, haven't been able to stop thinking about it since it was announced. gonna buy the living shit out of the boxset.

i always thought hella's "osaka" was an awesome closer for their album "tripper". particularly the way the song ends. the riff/drum work/fade out is perfect.

i've only just recently started collecting vinyl over the past 2 years or so. i have about 70 records so far. i got bit by the beginner's bug and got suckered into an awful crosley but have since upgraded to the very popular audio-technica at-lp120 which i heard was a decent entry level turntable. unfortunately, i've just been using the built-in pre-amp and running it through some shitty old computer speakers; and since i got a new job and have the money now i'm looking into getting a decent set-up suited for my at-lp120. but i have no fucking idea where to start hahahah, so that's where you come in! i need recommendations on pretty much everything, thanks!
