  1. yeah i just got home from the austin show and WOW cloudkicker ruled. already seen intronaut and tesseract before (and they were rad of course) so i was especially excited to see him. i had a few words with ben after his set, and i mentioned that he should see about releasing "loop" on cassette. that album would be perfect on cassette. he said it was a good idea so fingers crossed that he goes through with it haha.
  2. dead in the dirt // blind hole LP https://www.southernlord.com/store/view/blind-hole-white tim hecker // virgins LP http://www.kranky.net barnes & noble starburst you rule! thanks!!!
  3. oh hey danny walker from intronaut posted this on his youtube channel
  4. caught intronaut for the first time recently on their tour with between the buried and me and deafheaven, they ruled as i expected. after the show i caught a few words with them and (in case you can't recognize those other dudes with ben in that rehearsal video) they said said intronaut is pretty much filling in all the spaces for cloudkicker with ben on their upcoming tour. those dudes are gonna be tired haha but wow i can't wait for that tesseract/intronaut/cloudkicker show. a shame IFTTCT aren't on the bill when they hit my area, that would've been cool... edit: oh i just realized an article shared in this thread already mentioned intronaut filling in for cloudkicker whoops!
  5. i recently burned through the new last of us DLC "left behind" which was rad. i've also been playing through devil may cry 4 cause i've never completed it, despite owning for years. it's made me wanna play through dmc3 again, which is the best one imo.

  8. ordered from them several times, revhq rules!
  9. miss the hell out of this band. every couple of years i'll rediscover "insanity later" and jam nothing but that for weeks. think it's about time...
  10. idk sailors with wax wings' self-titled makes me super nostalgic for cold weather but that's just from personal experience and not because they really give off that vibe whatsoever. r. loren from pyramids is in it along with some other dudes from swans, nadja, slowdive and krallice among others. so check it out if you're unfamiliar with this project but into those bands.
  11. busted out my snes and been slowly playing through megaman x and donkey kong country. CLASSICS. probably play through donkey kong country 2 after i finish 1, it's arguably the best and my favorite of the donkey kong country series.
  12. seconded!it is vital for big homies like us to keep warm and rep toe at the same time. make it happen

  14. i'm quite fond of my whirr/anne 2x7 split. the packaging is great and the lyrics etching on the d side is really cool. other than that, it's not much but: yourcodenameis:milo - schteeve, awesome gift from a friend. obsessed with this song ("tv is better than real life") they had put up on their myspace years ago but took down like a month later. could never find the mp3, and could only listen to a shitty live video of them playing it on youtube. years later, i start collecting vinyl and my friend has the 7" shipped to my house. was so awesome hearing the album version again after so long.
  15. recently spent about ~$65 shipped for meshuggah's catch 33 on double picture disc. other than that (if you would count it) i spent ~$75 shipped for that toe boxset topshelf put out. really excited for that to come in.
  16. been playing dragon's crown as well! picked it up yesterday and i'm loving it! i went with the elf, always manage to choose some sort of ranger, hunter, etc with these types of games.
  17. this came in from barnes and noble today, but it's warped as fuck and unplayable. it was DEFINITELY because of the way they shipped it. it was placed slant-ways inside of a nook box. yay.
