i grabbed: thursday - war all the time peace'd out - self-titled ($1 record) between the buried and me - alaska went out on a limb on that peace'd out 10". didn't know what else to pick for the $1 record. the name stood out so i looked into them and apparently steve from rx bandits is in the band so that's kinda cool. btbam's alaska isn't part of the deal but i've been putting off picking it up and saw this as an opportunity to. anyways, was able to use that (HTX710) coupon code to get some change knocked off the total (thanks swisherprice) got it all for $35 shipped.

uhhhh i have an empty book bag on my floor pretty much at all times so i'd grab it and shove one of my arcade sticks in it, my laptop, phone charger and my copy of meshuggah's catch 33 and poison the well's you come before you. assuming i had the time and everyone in my family was okay, of course.

there's already a pre-order available on the relapse records site i believe, but it's just on black vinyl. i think 20 buck spin is getting a cool color though so i'm gonna wait for that to go up. the two new songs they released first were bangers, can't wait to listen to the whole thing when i get to a computer!

uhhhh finished up the last of us and metal gear rising recently. been playing a lot of capcom vs snk 2 since it came out on psn on tuesday. since i never owned an arcade stick for the ps2, i figured i'd get the ps2 port for the ps3 since i have two sticks on the ps3; and yeah fighting games without a stick is whack imo. not really sure what game i wanna get into next... contemplating picking up bioshock infinite or the walking dead game soon...

been playing through the last of us. single player and multiplayer are great. before that i played and completed metal gear rising. saw bioshock infinite at gamestop new for $40 already, thinking about picking that up after i finish the last of us.
