Just saw this at SSD on sale for $18. Figured at that price it was worth sharing.

Yes it's the UK version - I ordered mine from his website.
I was in Double Decker records in Allentown, PA the first week of Feb and they had one in stock. I figured it was the US version (I think it was $23, far less than what I paid to get it from the UK).

Got my copy of murder ballads. No flaws/defects etc. Sounds really nice too.

I'm hoping to have HT exclusives on both Robbin the Hood and 40 oz. out within the next few months. Robbin the Hood will come first and once we get a little closer to that happening and I have some solid info on exactly when it will be out I'll make a new thread for the HT exclusives.
Good news. Looks like you will have the market cornered on this one/these two.

Just got this email from MVD:
"Hello,
Thank you for ordering the vinyl reissue of Sublime’s “40 oz To Freedom.” Unfortunately, this version of this release has been canceled. We hope to release this title at a later date with the full cooperation of the band.
We have canceled your order on our end. Since we do not charge your account until an order ships, you have not been charged for this title.
Our apologies for the long wait and the inconvenience.
Thanks
MVD Entertainment"

so, I pre-ordered through MVD/SeeofSound.Com and when i go check my order status, it is not even there anymore. I just hope they didn't charge me for it. Now i have to go back and look at my past CC statements to see if they did or not. This is such a total let down, I should have just waited for the HT release. Dumb me.
Same here - I want to just cancel but I haven't looked yet but I wonder what their return policy is. My guess is store credit / no refund.

This is now up at Soundstage Direct. Not the cheapest option @ $39.99, but they have always been reliable from my experiences.

I saw the pre-order for the Rollins Band - Weight on Amazon & Soundstage Direct. Release date (for now) is 1/20/15 pressed on red vinyl (based on the info in the SSD link below).
I know this pre-order was mentioned in another (older) Rollins Band thread, but instead of hijacking that one, I figured I'd start this one.

I have the "unofficial" 2 lp edition of Murder Ballads and I'm pretty happy with it. These are the extra songs, I'm assuming b-sides:
D11 The Ballad Of Robert Moore & Betty Coltrane D12 The Willow Garden D13 King Kong Kitchee Kitchee Ki-Mi-O D14 Knoxville Girl
I will most likely buy the new reissue to compare the two pressings.
Yarp, those are they. They were included on the 5.1 audio cd version.

OK so now I'm having buyer's remorse. As long as it's "close" I guess I'll be happy!
No need for buyers remorse - the 4LP set is worth it for the b-sides and live songs alone (as already pointed out by others). Believe me, the difference is minimal and the 4LP sounds really good, I just wanted to put my two-cents in.
$40 for a 4LP set (especially this one) is well worth it.

I have both versions and did this comparison a few weeks ago. I prefer the MOFI version - it sounds much clearer. The 4LP version was pretty close but had that "tinny/washy" sound going on with the cymbals that once I noticed, I couldn't un-notice.

I would cancel. Unfortunately,I get billed.about 2 weeks before each announcement. I may have to just cancel and wait to see what they do next to decide if I'm back in
I used to roll with the automatic payment until the Elelphant Singles Vault Package. That shook my confidence a bit so I cancelled and now I re-up whenever a "suitable" package is announced and then cancel soon after my order is confirmed. Probably the safest way to go.

About the new Epic press - I picked it up and listened to it last week and it sounds very very nice. Definitely recommended.
$18 from Amazon

I placed two separate orders - one early Monday afternoon and one Monday evening. The evening order shipped yesterday and the afternoon order shipped today. Will check back when/if they arrive.

Here is the email I recieived from Bull Moose about this:
This is an update regarding your purchase of: PRIMUS/PRIMUS & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY WITH THE FUNGI ENSE@LIMITED EDITION WHITE VINYL@LP ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have some bad news. This record is not actually white. It was pressed on black vinyl. It's still stamped and numbered in an edition of 1000. There was some confusion at their record company. Someone misinterpreted "white label" to mean "white vinyl." Unfortunately, this misinformation was passed along to us and put on our website. We know you might not want it because it isn't as we described it. If that's the case, please refuse delivery or mark it "return to sender" and return it to your mail carrier. We will give you a full refund as soon as we receive the record. If you have to actually remail it back to us, please send it Media Mail and we will refund your postage as well. I'm sorry that this is incorrect. I hope it doesn't spoil your enjoyment of the album too much. I checked out a stream last week and thought the music was pretty great. I'm still looking forward to listening to the LP when I get home tonight. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do for you. Thanks for understanding, Chris

I ordered the numbered version from Bull Moose a few weeks ago and it just arrived today (didn't get a chance to open it yet). I think this is similar to the official "bootleg" version of Green Naugahyde that came out around the same time as the regular version. It should be no different than the regular release.
What I am unsure of is if this numbered version of Wonka is included in the whole "golden ticket" thing.
Here is the Bull Moose link (although it is currently sold out). The link says this is pressed on white vinyl but I got an email from Bull Moose a day or two ago saying this isn't on white vinyl - they misread something from the distributor about it being a "white label" release. The email said I could return the record if I wanted. I am gonna keep it but keep checking the link in case someone else returns theirs.

Just ordered the first few beatles mono records. Really nice price after the discounts - thanks for the heads up!

Mine arrived today. Just listened to a few tracks and it sounds really nice, which is a plus. My opinion is the same as root bear. It's a non-gatefold (eh...) and the lenticular cover came off after handling it a few times. Held on by those same glue globs that hold your credit/debit/gift cards to the paper. The price is all relative (I've spent $35 in worse ways than this) but it seems a bit overpriced. It costs as much as the White Album mono remaster, which may add some perspective.
For your vinylz...

Unfortunately their sale items aren't "eligible for further discount".
Also, the code "SH" works for 15% off..
