you could have got way more than that, i sold my tech deck collection on ebay a month or so ago... you couldve got about $20 each for those element boards.

having now gone and seen the price its pretty cool that they can price it so low, but most people dont mind paying a little more if its worth it.

id pay $20 for it. that being said, i wish i had one!

i like the idea, and i know my opinion wasnt even asked for, but its so plain. i feel like more couldve been to the font or layout or something to make it a little more appealing

it is what it is. labels are definitely cashing in on the re-press now that vinyl is cool again. ESPECIALLY colored vinyl. a perfect example of this is all the alkaline trio re-presses. not dissing mike park AT ALL, he probably made some pretty good loot on the repressings but clearly the idea was NOT just to get the vinyl in the hands of people who just want ONE single physical copy of the record to listen to (yes i know if people just want one they can buy just one, no ones making you buy 6 copies). if that was the case then theyd of just made them all on 180 gram black, and just kept them in circulation. its pretty clear as a record collector (one who does buy variations) and it was probably clear to them that they could sell more (or sell them more quickly) by pressing multiple colors (i mean come on is it really necessary to have 8 or 10 variations of the redux?, not to mention a majority of the colors were hideous.. thats a different thread though). another example is with the s/t record... all the songs on that album are from vinyl releases. i understand rep-pressing it on cd for convenience, but come on 4 different colors? again why not just black or 1 other limited color. dont get me wrong... im not saying its wrong, im not saying its right... im saying its a good way to raise funds and get records in peoples hands (in most cases multiple copies of the same record in the same persons hand, and im guilty as charged). this is long and im not sure if ive really even made a point... more so probably just stated the obvious. its a win/win for everyone i guess. the label makes more money, the kids get a (or 10) record(s). the only person complaining is the person trying to get ALL variations. for me.... that boat sailed on The Alkaline Trio right around when i read about the 8th or 9th color of Remains... that release, as well as cobraside can suck it.

it doesnt come close to these but it is most recent record store score. i got Her Space Holiday/Bright Eyes split - Wichita Recordings, black vinyl Her Space Holiday/Flowchart VS. GFS split - white vinyl both for about $3 a piece... not bad...

i havent seen a list or anything but id bet jbannon's collection pulls some weight. so im gonna go with his.

you got jipped. just go to pac sun and buy a pair of nike 6.0's for $20 and return them to Journey's for $80. you can get two pairs for like 12$ a peice after tax and whatnot

are you talking artwork? or sound quality? the grade headfirst straight to hell picture disc is pretty nice looking if i dont say so myself... theres not much that can be said for the sound quality though, but that goes for any format of that album.

you know what makes a whole lot of sense... putting this up at 2pm mt time which if im not mistaken is roughly 4 pm here. that works out great for all of us that have jobs. will still be ordering a white but still, i think it should be made fair.

have a Knapsack 5" and the Razzle Dazzle 5" and they both play fine for me.
