Completely forgot about this record. Didn't Frank Ocean himself confirm that there would be an official vinyl release. I guess it's safe to say this is never coming out.

Norman Records has had that pre order open for a few days now. I'm surprised it hasn't sold out yet. I'm worried that it might just be a pre order for the standard edition.

The price is pretty close to what I was willing to pay. Does anyone know the tracklist?

Currently waiting in line at my local store. I got here 2 hours before the store opens and the line is already 150 people deep. Next year I'm just gonna save myself the stress and camp out overnight.

Only Coraline has the extra packaging... Which they seem to be charging $2 extra for. But like you said, they get away with it because suckers like me will be buying it regardless. The price would be easier to swallow if all copies were coloured (death waltz, waxwork).. Or if there was a cheaper black version (one way static)

Yep. Each release has a seperate US/Canada and UK/EU variant.

Wasn't Ready to Die £30-35. I'm pretty sure I didn't spend any more than that for that record. Are you sure you're not just confusing £ with $? £56 would be about $90.

Been checking some of the prices for the record stores here in London.. I know it's a 3XLP, but £55.99 for Biggie's Life After Death? lol at least that saves me £25-30 for what I was willing to pay.

Got my copy a couple days ago. The linear notes are printed on a sheet of a4 paper.. I'd be surprised if this wasn't a bootleg lol

What is Hot Topic's obsession with picture disks. Is this a licensing reason?.. I find it hard to believe that standard black/colored vinyl would struggle to sell in comparison

It's funny how VC makes fun of threads like these.. Yet a post about collecting different colors of the same record is 400+ pages deep.

My routine when buying a new record.. Remove the shrink, If the shrink has a sticker.. remove it with help from a hairdryer, put the sticker on a outer sleeve, put record in sleeve.

Did anyone else get this message from banquet? "It's been processed and your pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock from the supplier." As their website displays live stock numbers.. I assumed they would already have the stock in.
