That applies to unordered merch that just shows up at your door, which I believe is designed to keep from companies shipping you unsolicited goods and then attempting to collect on them (i.e. "Oh we sent you a leather coat a month ago... did you open it? Well then you owe us $400").
 
If you ordered, and cancelled or filed a claim, but it still shipped by accident things aren't as clear cut and the rule your citing doesn't apply.

I don't think anyone who ordered a box set is not going to get one. Either way, call me a dick if you want, but if the box set does show up and my house, I will be keeping and enjoying it.

I bought S/T/Blue and OOTV right when they went on sale separately and I got my confirmation this afternoon

The tracking number on the box matches the second of the four confirmations I received. When I click on the link with the accurate tracking number, it still says "not found."
 
EDIT - MORE WEIRDNESS: I noticed the shipping label was taped over another shipping label. The return address on the bottom label is Third Eye Blind with a San Francisco address. The return address on the top label is 3EB Fulfillment with a San Diego address. Both labels were addressed to me. Also, the tracking number on the bottom label matches the number from the first email they sent me (which was never updated).

Why couldn't they just forge them in San Diego? I doubt the band members are forging each other's signatures. Actually, they probably are because #jenkins

My tracking number was finally updated this morning, it now says processed through sort facility in San Diego.

To give those hope about the tracking! I've sent an LP to a friend in Wisconsin, I live in Michigan,
It was sent to Cali and then It was rerouted back to him! Without any intervention on my part! So typically the usps will eventually get it to the address on the label! Now of course if the address on the label is diff your out of luck obv..,

I was a sucker for the official Watch the Throne vinyl though, local owner had one copy for damn near an year on display with the $140 MSRP no one would touch, told him I'd take it off his hands for half that and he agreed. Picture discs but beautiful packaging at least

That's crazy! Makes sense why people are going all crazy for these bootleg versions. Hoping the quality for these are real good.

10 years ago though, when vinyl wasn't nearly as popular, it seemed like every damn hip hop album got a vinyl release

I gave into the temptation and bought it Couldn't help myself since it was on blue colored vinyl as well haha.

Just buy it! Totally worth it.

Hmmmmm....... Quite tempting! Someone else give me a reason to buy it! I have listened to the album and I do love it soooooooooo...

The packaging will be minimal, just a basic single sleeve. It'll sound pretty good though. Definitely worth the money. The album is long.

Is this worth buying? It'll cost me 27$ in total with shipping. Also, do you guys think it'll be good packaging and all?
