Just ran across this for a pre-order for Silversun Pickups' 'Lazy Eye'...they're going to have two 7" versions: translucent and pic disc. Virgil could always randomly "pull names" as has been suggested...check out their collections (if they have links; if not request a list from them privately) and maybe make a decision from there...what to look for in the collections?...Now, that I would not know... Just throwing some ideas out there I guess...

That could potentially leave out some good candidates solely because they are newbies...I'm not referring to myself but you never know who out there would be a good one but not allowed because they recently joined. I dunno...I will say this...this has become an exciting thread!

I am an noob here and came across the board after I got an email update from Suburban Home records...I actually read the whole email and saw the link for Vinyl Collective below the update on the Minus The Bear color lp's...so here I am now and couldn't be happier...even though I will be even poorer...ha ha ha!

They're still available from RevHQ...I think...if not, always check eBay...they come up pretty often and never too expensive...close to what they were when first put out...

I haven't purchased color vinyl form Victory in ages...I guess it goes hand in hand on how unimpressed I have been with their releases for the past few years...oh well...

That's what I'd think would be the case...especially considering the previous pic disc that was put out.
