Yeah I'm not surprised either. You would think that after all the shit people give you, you would at least know how to ship records properly. I'm pretty sure there's a thread on here that explains how to do so.

I received my records today but I didnt appreciate how they were packaged. All that was used was a brown paper bag and very thin cardboard and there was a hole in the bag on the corner. You might want to look into getting actual record mailers and better quality cardboard.
